How it works
- You choose a home and send your request. No payment at this stage.
- We reply within 24 working hours. The owner then confirms your dates.
- You sign your lease online. Before any payment.
- You pay by bank transfer and receive your arrival instructions. Your access code arrives three days before you move in: check-in is self-service.
Frequently asked questions
What is the minimum and maximum length of stay?
One to eleven months, with a minimum of 28 nights. A month started is charged pro rata, on a thirty-night basis.
What does the rent include?
Water, electricity, internet access, and cleaning on arrival and on departure.
Are there any fees on top of the price shown?
No. The price shown is the price you pay, with no extras and no booking fee. Only the deposit is added, and it is returned at the end of your stay. Cleaning during your stay, where offered, is an optional service paid directly to the manager.
How much is the deposit?
Half a month of rent for a stay of thirty nights or less, one month for a stay of sixty nights or more, pro rata in between. It is returned within 14 days of handing back the keys, less any amounts due.
How does payment work?
No payment is taken on the website. Once your lease is signed, we send you our bank details and you pay by bank transfer.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, free of charge up to 30 days before your arrival: everything you paid is refunded in full. After that, the first month is kept; the deposit is returned to you.
Can I leave early or extend my stay?
You can leave early by giving us one month's notice; the notice period is payable. To extend, let us know at least one month before the end: an extension depends on the home being available and is agreed in writing.
Can my employer pay for the stay?
Yes. We can issue the invoice in your company’s name. Just say so in your request.
Are the homes verified?
Yes. Every home goes through our admission checklist before it goes online: equipped kitchen, workspace, internet of at least 50 Mbps, at least eight photographs, a minimum floor area and guaranteed self check-in.
