What you commit to by booking

The terms that apply to every Staytle stay. They are a plain summary, not a substitute for the full terms of service.

  1. Your request is not a confirmation.Every request is reviewed - who you are, and that the stay fits. You get an answer within 24 working hours, then the owner confirms your dates. Nothing is asked of you until then.
  2. Your lease is concluded and your rent collected by Partners Hotels SARL AU.Under licence of the Staytle brand, acting as agent for the landlord, who is named on your lease. Apartments are managed by professionals. Invoice on request - useful when your employer pays.
  3. One monthly rent, everything included.Water, electricity and internet included. Cleaning on arrival and on departure. A partial month is pro-rated per night on a 30-day basis. No nightly premium, no platform fee.
  4. You sign, then you transfer, then you move in.No online payment. Once your dates are confirmed we ask for the particulars the lease must carry, then we issue it: nothing is asked of you before you have read and signed it. The bank details and your transfer reference follow the signature. You then have 48 hours - the apartment is held for you until then.
  5. What you transfer, and when.The first rent instalment, the cleaning fee and the security deposit - whatever the length of the stay. For a stay of one month or less, that first instalment covers the whole of it. The following ones fall due on the anniversary of your move-in date.
  6. If the apartment does not match the listing, you have recourse.Tell us within 48 hours of arrival: we put it right, we rehouse you, or we refund you.
  7. The condition of the apartment is recorded by both sides.A photo inventory is made on your arrival and handed to you. On departure you submit yours. What decides is the gap between the two, not one person’s word against the other’s.
  8. Cancelling before move-in: full refund up to 30 days before.After that, the first month is retained; your deposit and any balance are returned.
  9. Leaving early: 1 month notice.You may leave before the end by giving notice 1 month in advance. That notice month is due.
  10. Your deposit comes back within 14 days.After the departure inventory, less any damage found. Any deduction is justified in writing, with the matching evidence.
