What Staytle does
Staytle is a brand operated by Partners Hotels SARL AU. The site presents furnished homes available for stays of one to eleven months, receives booking requests and follows them through. Leases are concluded by Partners Hotels SARL AU as agent for the owners and managers, which collects the rent on their behalf.
The apartments are owned or managed by professionals under agreement with the company. The landlord is named on the lease. The tenant’s point of contact remains the company, from the first exchange to the return of the deposit.
Hosting
The site is hosted by Railway Corp. on infrastructure located in the Netherlands, within the European Union. Moroccan law does not require this disclosure; it appears here because the privacy policy refers to it.

Governing law
The relationship between the company and its clients is governed by Moroccan law.
Nothing on this site assigns jurisdiction to a particular court. Since Law 78-20 amended article 202 of Law 31-08, consumer disputes fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the court of first instance, and that jurisdiction is a matter of public policy.
