Staytle is the mid-term furnished rental platform in Morocco: verified, move-in-ready apartments for 1 to 11 months, all-inclusive rent.
Founded in Casablanca
Staytle was founded in Casablanca by a tourism and hospitality professional with 25 years of experience in Morocco and abroad.
Staytle fills a gap: for a few weeks or a few months, a hotel costs too much and a standard lease cannot be signed from abroad. What was missing was a move-in-ready home, rented by the month, with clear rules.
The company that signs your lease
Staytle is a brand operated by Partners Hotels SARL AU. Leases are concluded by Partners Hotels SARL AU as agent for the owners and managers, which collects the rent on their behalf.

Our commitments
What applies to every stay booked on Staytle:
- No payment when you request: you sign your lease online before you pay.
- A reply to your request within 24 working hours.
- All-inclusive monthly rent: water, electricity, internet, arrival and departure cleaning.
- An online inventory with time-stamped photos, at check-in and at check-out.
- Your security deposit returned no later than 15 days after you leave; any part that is not disputed is returned straight away.
Verified homes
Every home passes the same checklist before it goes online:
- Equipped kitchen, full bedding and tableware
- A workspace
- Internet of at least 50 Mbps
- At least eight photographs
- A minimum floor area for the type of home
- Self check-in guaranteed by the manager
