For you, during the assignment
- Self check-in
- The code and the arrival guide reach you three days before. You let yourself in at the time that suits you, without waiting for anyone.
- Internet of at least 50 Mbps and a workspace
- Checked before going online: every home passes our checklist. A table, a decent chair, a connection that holds a video call.
- A lease in French and English
- The same text in both languages, read and signed online before any payment.
- All-inclusive rent
- Water, power, internet, arrival and departure cleaning: one amount per month, known before you book, unchanged throughout the stay.
- Someone on site
- Each home is run by a professional manager, reachable during the stay for anything that goes wrong.
How it works
- Describe the assignment. Dates, preferred area, number of people, budget: two minutes, for yourself or for a colleague.
- We reply within 72 hours. With the available homes that match, or the date when we will have some.
- The lease is signed online. In the company’s name or in yours. No payment before signature; the first rent is then paid by bank transfer.
- You arrive. The home is ready, the arrival guide is in your inbox, the manager has been told.
