The lease is drawn up in your company’s name, your employee is named as the occupant, and the invoice is addressed to you. Too long for a hotel, too short for a standard lease: that is exactly the length we cover, from 28 nights to 11 months.

- Each home is run by a professional manager, reachable throughout the stay. Your employee receives an arrival guide before travelling.

Regular needs: the framework agreement
If you regularly house employees, a framework agreement sets the terms for all your stays once and for all: nothing to renegotiate with each booking.
With a framework agreement, your company’s guarantee replaces each employee’s individual deposit, up to one month of rent per stay. Your employee advances nothing, and your commitment never exceeds what the deposit would have been.
How it works
- You tell us what you need. City, area, dates, budget, number of people: two minutes.
- We get back to you within 72 hours. With the available homes that match, or the date when we will have some.
- The lease is drawn up in the company’s name. It is signed online. No payment before signature.
- The first rent is paid by bank transfer. The stay is confirmed on receipt, and the home is held.
- Your employee arrives. They received their arrival guide three days earlier, and let themselves in.

Questions companies ask
Who signs the lease: the company or the employee?
The company. It is the tenant, and the employee is named in the agreement as the occupant. An employee can also book in their own name and be reimbursed: the lease is then in theirs.
Is a security deposit required?
By default, yes: half a month of rent for a one-month stay, one month of rent from two months, returned at the end of the stay. With a framework agreement, the company’s guarantee replaces this deposit, up to one month of rent per stay.
For how long can you rent?
From 28 nights to 11 months. The monthly rent is the same whatever the length.
The assignment is extended: can they stay?
Yes, if the home is free. Tell us as early as possible before the end of the stay: an extension is agreed in writing, and the total length does not exceed 11 months.
The assignment ends earlier than planned: what happens?
Early departure is possible with a notice period, set out in the lease. Rent for months not started beyond the notice period is not due.

How is payment made?
By bank transfer, month by month, with an invoice in the company’s name. The first rent confirms the stay.
